How to schedule Services:​

2)If insurance is approved, then reach out via text to 817-382-1314 to schedule your appointment.

3) If insurance does not cover the appointment, then book directly through the website services below. Select "Book Now" and it will take you to the Square payment site. You may pay with your Healthcare/Flexible Spending Account or Credit/Debit Card.
